OUR STAFF

Peter Talbot is the Senior Pastor at GRACE Church. Peter is married to Marcia his wife of 30 years and they have 3 children. He serves God through preaching, teaching and counseling the Word of God. He enjoys outdoor activities, fishing and camping and playing basketball with the guys. Peter has a BA from Seattle Pacific University, a Master of Art in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary and is continuing his education in Biblical Counseling. 

Kaleb Carroll is the Associate Pastor at GRACE Church. He is happily married to his wife, Samantha, whose kindness and wisdom encourage those around her. Kaleb’s heart for ministry is shaped by a deep love for God's Word and a desire to see others come to know Christ more fully. He provides oversight for various ministries at GRACE Church while focusing primarily on teaching and discipleship. Kaleb holds a BA in Biblical Studies from Faith Baptist Bible College and is pursuing his Master of Divinity at Faith Theological Seminary. He enjoys singing, playing guitar, hiking, board games, in addition to studying biblical languages, theology, and history.

Kurt Kissinger is the Worship Music Director at GRACE Church. He is blessed to be married to his wife, Abby, and has three children: David, Paul, and Evelyn. He enjoys running, swimming, and biking in his free time. Kurt also works for the Algona Community School District teaching high school instrumental music. Kurt has a BA from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota and a Master of Music Education degree from the University of Northern Iowa. 

Rachel Eden is one of the Ministry Assistants at GRACE Church. She is happily married to Levi Eden. She enjoys quality time with her husband, soccer, weight lifting, homemaking and being outdoors. Rachel also speaks fluent Spanish and frequently goes on mission trips to use the gift God gave her to share the Gospel. Rachel graduated from Faith Baptist Bible College with a BA in World Missions and an emphasis on Spanish. 

Chyan Koppen is one of the Ministry Assistants at GRACE Church. She is happily married to Jared Koppen. Chyan and Jared have two little boys, Carter and Myles. She enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, being outdoors, and working out. Chyan graduated from Buena Vista University with a BA in Organizational Leadership.
